Borrowing elements from the Retro IV, this Jordan fusion was eventually going to use the iconic cement colorway on the IV’s midsole. The midsole sits below elephant print overlays from the Retro III, combining two of the most celebrated designs from Jordan Brand. The silhouette of the Retro VI dominates the rest of the upper while the 3M tongue from the Retro V shows off the red Jumpman logo. A couple of small features that make this truly a Spike Lee/Mars Blackmon sneaker are images of Mars on the lace lock section. Releasing at SneakerPolitics on 22nd of April.
